A federal grand jury indicted William B. McHenry, Jr. on March 19, 2025 for providing false testimony under oath regarding the status and value of his firearm collection. The questioning was part of the Receivership Estate’s efforts to collect a $3,473,320 judgment against McHenry. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Mississippi is handling the case.
