Receiver reports

On June 22, 2018, U.S. District Judge Carlton W. Reeves entered an order in the federal civil action styled Securities & Exchange Commission vs. Arthur Lamar Adams, et al., No. 3:18-cv-252 (S.D. Miss), appointing Alysson Mills of the firm Fishman Haygood, LLP to serve as Receiver of the estates of Arthur Lamar Adams and Madison Timber Properties, LLC.

The order sets forth the Receiver’s responsibilities and duties. You can read the order here.

Among other things, the order instructs the Receiver to take any action necessary and appropriate to preserve, or prevent the dissipation or concealment of, records and assets of Adams and his businesses.  Those records and assets now belong to the Receivership Estate.

The Receiver files reports to update the court and the public on her progress every 60 days.  The reports are provided here.
